Rescheduling:
Please reschedule your reservation by calling 702-269-1770 or by emailing us at info@cprconnectionslv.com. We ask for a courtesy of 24 hours notice before you scheduled class start time so we can contact the next customer on our waitlist in a timely manner, but we understand that emergencies may arise. You are required to reschedule your appointment within 30 days from your original book date. If you fail to reschedule for a date within the 30 date, the full fee of your reservation will NOT be refunded. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to return to your card.
Cancellations/Refunds:
If you need to cancel your reservation and request a refund you must make contact with us via email at info@cprconnectionslv.com. Refunds will only be issued if you contact us within 30 days of the date you are scheduled for your class. It may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to go back to your account. Refunds WILL NOT be issued once you completed one of our CPR courses and issued a certification.
Our company is family owned so we understand that circumstances come up with family, or other emergencies. Please contact us if you need any assistance or have questions regarding rescheduling or cancelling.
